It takes a great deal of experience to shoot and edit video that will look smooth and inviting when viewed online. However, if you wish to provide your own video tape and submit it for editing please contact us first.

    What should I do to get ready for Video Production?
    It is pertinent that your House is showcased the best possible way. This entails on your part to have your property ready for video taping. Your house should be clean, tidy and ready for an “Open House”. At the time of Video Production, we will walk through your house and “make it ready” for shooting.

    We will also give you a House Detail questionnaire that needs to be filled out prior to Video Production. The questionnaire will let us know what you'd like to focus on, allow us to discuss the specific details of your home and determine how much attention will be paid to each feature.

    What happens when the Ad Time expires?
    Prior to Ad expiring, we will contact you Via Email to see if you would like to renew or you can contact us to renew. If so, you can go month to month (no contract) at $99/month.

    If you do not contact us, we assume you would like for Ad to expire and on expiration date the Ad will no longer be displayed in our website.

    Are there any other cost factors?
    No. Once Video production, editing, and upload of Ad page is in our website you fee is covered for the duration of requested timeframe.
